WSBA Referee Call Review Form

At WSBA, we are committed to providing a fair and professional basketball league for all players. We understand that sometimes players may feel that an incorrect call has been made during a game. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our league, we have implemented a new process for players to review any calls they may have witnessed during a game.

Our new online form is designed to gather all the necessary details of the game and the call in question, to help us review and educate our referees. We take all feedback seriously, and your input is crucial to ensuring that we are providing the best possible experience for all players.

To submit a report, please follow the instructions below:

1. Watch the game footage and identify the specific call in question.
2. Note the date, game time, and time stamp on the video when the call occurred.
3. Complete the WSBA Referee Call Review Form, providing as much detail as possible.
4. Click the submit button to send the report to our team.

Please note that the purpose of this process is to review calls for education and improvement purposes only. We cannot overturn any calls that have been made during a game. Thank you for your participation in this process, and for your commitment to fair play and sportsmanship at WSBA.
