Homegrown has given me more motivation to work harder with my skills, pursue more deep level trainings and improve it into something better with the guidance and advice of my coaches. It allows me to reach my full potential and provided me with an opportunity to play and compete with some of the best teams around the world in an international level with the upcoming Manila Live tournament.

My favourite basketball player is Chris Paul. He is one of the best point guards of all time and has many skills and abilities on and off the court. He might be short in height, but he continuously dominates a game at its highest level and has acquired many achievements in his professional career. He can make shots for himself and his other teammates with his unselfish style of basketball, an admirable trait of him.

I usually try to handle defeat calmly and graciously. It might be sad at times, but it gave me the motivation to improve more and be better on my next game. It is also a learning experience for me to make me realize what I could have done better to win that game. As the saying goes, ” it’s not the loss itself that matters, it’s how you respond to it that truly matters.”
