Homegrown has helped me strive and helped me push through struggles.
I usually eat 3-4 hours before a big game to make sure i have energy and also to make sure i don’t get stitches. 2 hours before i would stretch and listen to music. in warmups i would do my own routine first, thinking about positive outcomes then warmup with the team.
My current weakspot is most definitely playing defence. I am currently trying to improve my defence as everyone nowadays can shoot and dribble the ball. what separates good players from great players is the ability to play defence. and that is what i need right now.
