It has given me exposure and experience with both basketball and real life situations, homegrown has given me the chance to heighten my resilience, discipline and work ethic.

Kobe, something about the way he thought about himself, that unbreakable confidence, his work ethic and how he was able to do so much for the game was amazing to me. And the way he held himself and how he was able to back up all of it just was something I admired and found cool.

Last year in the same NBTC tournament, my first time being there we won a do or die game and seeing my family, my team and people back home in Sydney supporting us and cheering us on made me feel so happy.
