2026 Manila Tour – Acceptance Form

Welcome to the next stage of the Homegrown Basketball Australia – Manila 2026 Program.
Before completing the acceptance form, please ensure you have read the full tour letter sent for your child’s age group.

📄 Tour Participation Confirmation

By submitting this form, you confirm your child’s place in the 2026 Manila Basketball Tour, which includes:

• NBTC National Finals / Manila Live Tournament

• Global Hoops International Showcase

Please read your team’s full tour letter here:

• Senior Program Letter – (Tour Cost $3,750*)

• Junior Program Letter – (Tour Cost $2,800*)

*Non Refundable

(Letters have been emailed already.  If you have not yet received it, please contact us)

💰 Acknowledgement of Tour Costs

By accepting, you agree to the total tour amount applicable to your team, which includes:

• Tournament registrations

• Competition uniforms

• Team accommodation (for senior squads)

• Team transport

• Team meals

• Tour uniform & hydration pack

• Media Day

• Management & administration

• Laundry, incidentals & first aid

Note: Flights are not included and can be arranged separately with Kreative Travel.

🗓 Payment Schedule & Deadlines

You acknowledge the payment schedule provided in your tour letter and agree to the following:

• Deposit payment required to secure your place

• Remaining instalments to be paid according to the schedule

• Final payment deadline: 22 February 2026

Flexible instalment plans (weekly/fortnightly/monthly) are available to support families.

🏀 Training, Camps & Participation Requirements

By proceeding, you agree that:

• Attendance at all training sessions, camps, and team activities is compulsory

• Additional scrimmages or sessions may be added if the coaching team deems necessary

• Players must follow all Homegrown codes of conduct and behaviour expectations

• Parents/guardians will support the player in meeting all travel, documentation and payment obligations

• Reviewed your team’s official tour letter

• Understood the financial commitments

• Confirmed your ability to attend trainings and the tour dates

• Read the organisation’s Terms & Conditions

Your Tour Manager will then provide ongoing communication, updates, and next steps.
