Homegrown Basketball 2025 Program – Terms & Conditions of Participation

By submitting this form and completing payment, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Program Commitment

  • My child has been invited to participate in the Homegrown Basketball program, which may include training sessions, camps, and potential selection to represent Homegrown Basketball in NBTC/City Live tournaments and international events.

  • Attendance at all required training sessions, camps, and events is mandatory unless otherwise agreed with management.


Financial Commitment

  • U12/U14/U16/U19s (Team 2) Program (NBTC/City Live 2025):

    • $550 program fee (non-refundable) covering registration, training, and uniforms (Pre Global Qualifiers)

    • $950 program fee (non-refundable).  covering all details outlined on the letter dated October 2025
    • Additional tournament fee if selected, covering competition registration and uniforms.

  • U19 NBTC Team (Philippines 2026):

    • NSW-based players: $1,000 initial program fee (non-refundable), covering weekly training, training camps, and uniforms.

    • Interstate players: $450 initial program fee (non-refundable), covering training camps and uniforms.

    • Tour fees of approximately $3,250–$3,950 (subject to confirmation) will apply for all U19 players, covering flights, accommodation, meals, uniforms, registration, insurance, media, and administration.

  • U19 Girls NBTC Team (2026):

    • At present, no financial commitment is required. Players will be advised once details are finalised.

  • All payments are non-refundable once made, unless otherwise required by law.


Player Selection

  • Selection to tournament teams is not guaranteed. It is based on performance, eligibility, and team needs, as determined by the coaching staff.


Code of Conduct

  • Players must conduct themselves with respect, discipline, and sportsmanship at all times.

  • Any breach of the code of conduct may result in removal from the program or team without refund.


Media & Promotion

  • I grant Homegrown Basketball permission to use photos, videos, and other media of my child for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.


Liability

  • Homegrown Basketball and its staff will take all reasonable precautions during training, travel, and events, but will not be held liable for injuries, loss of property, or unforeseen incidents.


Communication & Updates

  • I agree to receive program-related updates via email, phone, or text.

  • I understand timely communication is essential for the success of the program.
